Pogo Piggybackers, founded by DGA director Paolo Monico in 2005, is an award-winning production company based in New York.
 

We write and produce our own content: short films, features, TV shows and web series. Our first short film, THE MOTHER, starring Mary Testa, Boris McGiver, Michele Hicks and Sylvia Kauders ran the Festival circuit for almost 2 years and won multiple awards. Our recent short LACRIMOSA starring David Dastmalchian is serving as a proof of concept for a limited series. Our shorts MOMMA, directed by Nacho Arenas and WONDER, directed by Javier Molina have been featured on HBO/MAX and SHOWTIME.

We also work on advertising projects for all media and collaborate with established production companies in order to turn the agency's vision into a stunning piece of film where aesthetics and storytelling are equally important. In the past 20 years, we have shot more than 150 commercials for clients like Coca-Cola, MTV, Honda, Playstation, Procter & Gamble, Volkswagen, Vodafone and many others. Some of our ads have been featured on Shots Magazine or shortlisted at the Cannes Advertising Film Festival.

LOOKING AHEAD

Our short film CLAUD_IA is currently in post-production and we are developing a feature script titled THE GOOD FATHER,

a new short film and various TV shows for the Italian market.
